The Lin-gang Special Area – located in East China's Shanghai city – signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Nov 2 with the Jebel Ali Free Zone or Jafza, the Middle East-based seaport terminal operator DP World's flagship free zone, which is the biggest customs bonded zone in that part of the world.
