In 2021, he participated in several innovative initiatives led by the Shanghai International Port Group. This includes the Intelligent Vehicle and Autonomous Transport System Research and Development project, the development of an Online Business Platform for Container Stacking and Storage, and the Blockchain-empowered Port Electronic Bill of Lading Platform, which was part of the Shanghai Modern Shipping Service Industry Innovation Potential Project. Furthermore, Dai played a crucial role in the formulation of group standards for container electronic bill of lading, electronic equipment handover, and electronic packing list under the China Port Association. His involvement also extended to promoting the national research and development project on the Super-large Integrated Port Ecosystem Public Service Technology. As a result, a centralized one-stage one-stop portal was achieved, along with the successful research and development of container tracking tool software and pre-entry function software. During the COVID-19 epidemic, Dai spearheaded the launch of the SIPG electronic COVID pass. This breakthrough not only helped meet the normal prevention and control requirements but also ensured uninterrupted services at key nodes such as ports and logistics yards through digital means. The success of this initiative led to the approval of the group standard for the Technical Requirements for Intelligent Epidemic Prevention Electronic Pass System for Port Containers. It has served as a global benchmark, highlighting the integrated application potential of the Yangtze River Delta region. Dai holds a master's degree in management from the School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Maritime University. He is widely recognized as an expert in the field and contributes as an esteemed member of China Shipping Weekly. His primary focus lies in leading the digital transformation efforts in the port and shipping sector.
