Mr. Huang joined DNV in 1996, since then he has been working in different countries and regions including China’s Mainland, Norway, China’s Hong Kong, Dubai and Singapore holding various technical and managerial positions. DNV and GL merged in 2013, and in the same year Mr. Huang was appointed as Vice President and then promoted to Senior Vice President of DNV.

Mr. Huang has been devoted to the promotion of sustainable development of maritime industries.

Mr. Huang holds a PhD degree from Harbin Engineering University (HEU) and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He also pursued advanced studies in the field of management at IMD and INSEAD respectively.
