Bin Xu, Ph.D. in Management and senior economist, currently serves as the Chief Expert at Bank of Communications (BOCOM). He is also the CPC Secretary and Chairman of the Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. In addition, he is a member of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He previously held significant positions as President of Anhui Provincial Banking Association, Chairman of Jiangsu Financial Association, and President of Shanghai Banking Association. He was awarded the Shanghai Leading Financial Talent and Shanghai Financial Leading Figure.
