Ge Chen, Member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a Master's degree in Logistics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is now qualified as a senior economist. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Auto/Ro-Ro Terminal Branch within the China Ports and Harbours Association. He has participated in the compilation of the Ro-Ro Terminal materials for Shanghai Maritime University as the chief editor. Throughout his career, he has been extensively involved in auto/Ro-Ro terminal operations, as well as providing integrated logistics services for vehicles and automotive technical services, contributing to the capacity building and industry development of port automobile logistics services.
