Fei Xiao, Vice general manager of the Marine-Equipment Division in Shanghai Marine Diesel Engine Research Institute, senior engineer. He has been engaged in technical work related to marine emission control for a long time, with rich theoretical knowledge and engineering experience. As the project leader or core researcher, he has participated in many major scientific research projects with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Shanghai Municipality in the field of marine emission control. As the project leader, he was responsible for the design and implementation of several large oceangoing marine Scrubber, SCR and CCS engineering projects. In recent years, he has participated in the drafting of a national standard in the field of marine emissions, published several core journal papers in related fields, and applied for more than 10 patents. He has won the first prize in Science and Technology Award of China Institute of Navigation, the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award, the third prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, the first prize in Science and Technology Award of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited and other provincial and ministerial awards.
