Qinyou Hu
Professor of Shanghai Maritime University, Founder of HIFLEET

Dr. Hu is a distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor at Shanghai Maritime University's College of Merchant Shipping. He also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Rescue and Salvage Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Navigation.
