Mr. Huang is a senior expert and innovation leader in the field of port and shipping digital transformation with more than 20 years of working experience in informatization, machinery, electric control, construction etc.

It took him three years to overcome difficulties and achieve independent research and development of key technologies of the world's largest automated terminal. He led the research and development of multiple online platforms such as Shanghai Smart City and Smart Port, and helped break the loading and unloading record worldwide for Shanghai Port over and over again.

He has been granted one patent and currently have three patents under review. He has been honored with several prestigious awards at the provincial and ministerial levels, including the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Special Award, the China Ports & Harbours Association Special Award, and the China Institute of Navigation Award. He has also held the position of project leader for national projects supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Furthermore, He is a recipient of the May 1st Labor Medal and has been granted a special allowance by the State Council.
