With comprehensive work experiences in line management for leading global ocean carriers (CMA-CGM and CSAV), senior management roles with large NVOCC (Apex Shipping), and one of the biggest Chinese BCOs, the Midea Group, and the Asia MD of New York Shipping Exchange, Mr. Don Chen brings a broad perspective of all phases of the logistics industry.

Currently Mr. Chen is focusing on realizing the shipping industry's digitalization through driving the growth and capabilities of a new internet-based logistics resources exchange platform, the Asia Shipping Exchange (Asiashex.com).

Mr. Chen graduated from University of Westminster and University of Warwick, holding a bachelor's degree (First Honors) in International Business Communications and MSc in Engineering Business Management.

In 2019 and 2022, Mr. Chen was awarded as one of the "Top Ten Chinese in Shipping Technology of the Year".
