Mr. Lin successively served as Deputy Manager of the Secretariat of the Executive Office, Deputy Manager of the Advisory Office, Deputy Director of the Research Center, and Director of the Party Affairs Office of COSCO, President of COSCO Africa, President and Deputy Party Secretary of COSCO Xiamen, President of COSCO Europe, and President, Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Europe.

He has 30 years of experience in the operation and management of shipping companies, and excels in the internationalization of shipping companies and overseas corporate management. He has taken his current position since June 2022.
