Xin Xie is a member of the Chinese delegation to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and is primarily engaged in the prevention and control of ship pollution and ship energy efficiency management. He has been honored with titles such as Advanced Worker of Shanghai and Top Ten Outstanding Young Professionals in Maritime Affairs. He has submitted ten proposals to IMO, which have all been approved.
