Mr. Lu is a senior engineer, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1998. In the same year, he joined NACKS, where he has held various positions including section chief, Head of Technical Department and Deputy General Manager. He has long been committed to the development, research and application of ship technology, including clean energy ships, intelligent ships, polar ships and other high-tech ship types, as well as promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic shipbuilding industry.

Mr. Lu has won the first prize of Science and Technology Award of China Institute of Navigation three times. He is currently an industry professor in Jiangsu Province, an expert of Technical Committee of Japan Classification Society, an expert of Technical Committee of American Bureau of Shipping, and a senior member of the Chinese Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.
