Mr. Bai has been engaged in energy and electric power area for more than 25 years. He has worked for China Power Investment Corporation (CPI), CPI Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., State Nuclear Power Technology Company (SNPTC), State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) and held various managerial positions. Since June 2022, Mr. Bai has been the chairman of SPIC Smart Energy Investment Co., Ltd. & SPIC Carbon Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Mr. Bai has long been devoted to promoting the development of clean energy and advanced power technology. Mr. Bai holds a Master degree from Tsinghua University and has a senior engineer title on electrical engineering.
