Mr. Xue joined Wärtsilä in 2008 and has held various technical and management positions, including technical support, customer service, marketing and sales, business development, offshore and special vessels segment, and market innovation. He is currently responsible for market development and decarbonization services. Prior to joining Wärtsilä, he had experience in offshore and ship technical management.

Mr. Xue has long been committed to the decarbonization, digitalization and intelligent research of the maritime industry and the promotion of sustainable development of the marine industry. He has extensive exchanges and cooperation with ocean & maritime universities and related research institutions.

Mr. Xue holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He has studied at prestigious institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, Fudan University, Renmin University of China, Stockholm Business School in Sweden, and SDA Bocconi in Italy.
