Caroline Wu is an exemplary leader who currently holds the position of Managing Director for Maersk Greater China Area since January 1st, 2019. With her base in Shanghai, she oversees the operations and business activities of Maersk in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Caroline embarked on her professional journey with Maersk Line in 1998 as a Maersk International Shipping Education (MISE) trainee. Over the course of more than two decades, she has amassed a wealth of experience in international shipping and logistics. Throughout her career, Caroline has worked across various locations within Maersk Line and Damco, honing her skills through cross-functional career development in trade and marketing, customer service, sales, and general management.

Born in 1974, Caroline Wu holds a Bachelor's degree in International Shipping Management from Dalian Maritime University, China. Her educational background, coupled with her hands-on experience, has equipped her with a profound understanding of the intricacies of the shipping industry.
