Mr. Xu is a member of the Communist Party of China, and he has a master's degree. He is a member of the ANZIIF Fellow and an intermediate economist. Since entering the insurance industry in 1994, he has worked in various lines such as marine insurance, claims operations, and overseas business. He is currently the Director of Regional Collaborative Development (Yangtze River Delta) of China Pacific Property Insurance Co. Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shanghai Branch of China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd., and President of Shanghai Institute of Marine Insurance.
