Nick has been based in HFW Shanghai office for 15 years and works principally on shipping matters, specialising in charterparty, bill of lading, MOA and shipyard disputes, acting for both Chinese Mainland and overseas clients. He has a strong international arbitration practice with cases under ICC, LCIA, LMAA, SIAC and HKIAC.
