Danny Mok is a full-time independent maritime and commercial arbitrator. He graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1991, studying shipping studies. He joined an international shipping group in 1992 and worked there for more than 20 years. He was the director of the legal and insurance department before his resignation.
Mr. Mok has been practising as an arbitrator since 2001, full-time since 2014. He is now mainly involved in Hong Kong, London and Singapore arbitrations, handling shipping, international sale of goods and commercial disputes.
Mr. Mok is the President and a Full Member of the Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Group (HKMAG). He is on the panel of arbitrators of various institutions, including HKIAC, SIAC, SCMA and CMAC. He is a supporting member of the LMAA.
